This year for Memorial Day Weekend we're featuring three of our favorite Maple Block Barbecue packages that are perfect for 4+ people (depending on your appetite) Slow Smoked Tri-Tip Package, Meat Sampler Package (Brisket, Chopped Pork and Spare Ribs) and our Chicken & Ribs Package. All three packages include your choice of two (2) large Classic Sides, a Market Chopped Salad and choice of fresh Buttermilk Biscuits or Cornbread (both come with whipped honey-butter). You can add on any of our peach wood smoked meats, snacks, sides and sweets. Or, customize a party pack of your own! But make sure to ORDER BY FRIDAY, MAY 23rd. Memorial Day Weekend pre-orders are available for pick-up the entire holiday weekend (Saturday 5/24, Sunday 5/25 and Monday 5/26). We'll have it packed and ready to go.
