This year for 4th of July we're featuring three of our favorite Maple Block Barbecue packages that are perfect for 4-6 people (depending on your appetite) GRAND FINALE PACK (featuring Smoked Tri-Tip), SKY ROCKET PACK (Brisket, Chopped Pork and Spare Ribs) and our FIRE CRACKER PACK (Smoked Chicken & Hot-Honey Glazed Baby Back Ribs). All three packages include your choice of two (2) large Classic Sides, a Market Chopped Salad and choice of fresh Buttermilk Biscuits or Cornbread (both come with whipped honey-butter). You can add on any of our peach wood smoked meats, snacks, sides and sweets. Or, customize a party pack of your own! But make sure to ORDER BY WEDNESDAY, JULY 2nd. 4th of July pre-orders are available for pick-up Friday 7/4. We'll have it packed and ready to go.
