Thanksgiving 2019 is here! Once a year we get a limited allotment of beautiful free-range turkeys raised locally in California. We brine, air-chill and smoke these birds over peach wood at Maple Block. The end result is a flavorful, moist turkey ready for your Thanksgiving table.
