This is an epic collaboration with James Beard Award nominated, bread master Shannon Swindle. Chef Shannon created a special rye bread exclusively for Maple Block’s housemade, hand-carved hot pastrami sandwich. Baked fresh for us every Monday in May. Limited availability, we will sell out.

Pre-purchasing a ticket ($14) is not required, but it does guarantee you one hand-carved Maple Block hot pastrami sandwich on this custom, fresh baked rye. Walk-in guest’s are always welcome.
